Where can I actually purchase good non-bumping locks for home?

Are locks such as Schlage Primus, Medeco, Mul-T-Lock available retail? Or must I contact a locksmith & pay them to install? I live in Dallas, Tx.
Yes, I have tried The Home Depot, Lowes, etc. They Have Schlage but not the Primus model. I am looking to buy in person, not online.

Our locksmith has a store front and that is where we purchased the Sclage Primus model. I then found out that the TruValue hardware store in our area could special order them for me at a lower price than I paid at the locksmith. My hubby installed them, however, at least I saved the labor.
